The space This welcoming 2-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second offers a queen—both styled for a cozy night’s rest. The bathroom has been updated with a spacious tub for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Gather around the large dining table with seating for six, or enjoy a casual breakfast on the front patio. The sunny bonus room doubles as a reading nook and game space, complete with books, board games, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. In the living room, relax with a smart TV and cozy electric fireplace. Outside, the fenced backyard offers plenty of space for kids or pets to play. A washer and dryer are available in the garage (please note: garage door is not operable for parking, but the space can be used for storage). Whether you’re here for the beaches, the Sponge Docks, or simply to relax, this home has everything you need to make lasting memories with family and friends. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home during their stay. The driveway provides ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Inside, you’ll have access to all rooms and amenities, including the fenced backyard, sunroom, and garage for storage (note: garage door is not operable for parking). Other things to note We have a strict non smoking policy. Smoking isn't allowed in home or anywhere on the property. TV's are smart TV's and are able to be used with all streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, Etc.) Local cable isn't available, but the TV's have streaming apps for the local news channels. The living room has an electric fireplace, operated by a switch on the TV stand. A starter set of essentials is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, etc.), typically enough for up to a week. Longer stays may require restocking by guests. Guests are kindly asked to roll the trash bins to the curb on pickup days (Mondays & Thursdays). The garage door is not operable for parking, but the garage may be used for storage. Washer & dryer are also located here. This is a pet-friendly home 🐾 with a fully fenced backyard. The home was built in 1962, so drains are smaller than modern homes. To avoid issues, please avoid running the shower, sink, and dishwasher at the same time. You may notice friendly ducks around the neighborhood. They’re harmless and often hang out in the yard, but we recommend not feeding them so they don’t overstay their welcome.
