Guest Verification All guests must provide valid identification for verification purposes: Malaysians: Copy of MyKad (IC) Foreigners: Copy of passport 2. Number of Guests Guests must declare the total number of people staying during the booking. Host reserves the right to approve or adjust the number. Bringing in undeclared guests is strictly prohibited. A penalty of RM300 per extra guest will be imposed if violated. 3. Access to Facilities Facility access (e.g., pool, gym) is managed by the building management. Host is not responsible for any closures or restrictions decided by management. 4. Unit Replacement If the original unit cannot be provided due to issues (e.g., leakage, electrical faults, or safety concerns), the host may offer a replacement unit of similar standard. 5. Management and Facility Issues Water Supply: In the event of water supply disruptions, the host will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, the host cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues related to water availability. Lift Issues: If there is a lift failure or malfunction, the host will arrange for a replacement unit or a solution where possible. However, please note that the host has no authority over lift maintenance or repairs and cannot guarantee immediate resolution. Management Issues: The host's role is to provide a comfortable living experience, but the host has no control over certain management-related matters.
