Minutes away from Middletown, Smyrna, Odessa, Dover's Nascar raceway & Dover Downs Casino, stores all while being in the country. Clean freaks; keep browsing. This is outdoors; you won't be happy here. I cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. The camper is completely pet free but there are animals everywhere outside. The space Outdoor (stationary) camper! With 3 slide-outs: it's HUGE. This is ultimate camping.... comfortably; glamping. Enjoy watching movies (DVD only) on the flat screen (bedroom) TV while in the camper-king sized bed. The sofa folds out to accommodate two other people. A microwave is available. Feel free to bring your own DVD's. Please keep in mind that campers require specially-made replacement parts so any repairs will be costly- PLEASE BE GENTLE WITH THE CAMPER. No open flame inside the trailer; the sensor will go off. The stove/fridge is off limits, you may use the microwave. Feminine products and wipes CANNOT be flushed! They will clog our commercial septic (which costs $10k to flush out)! Please put them in the trash bin under the sink. Communication must be easy; I need to be able to reach anyone staying on my property. If you have allergies, you may need to rethink renting an outdoor space. Anything outside you might be allergic to may bother you. Guest access Smoking permitted outside the gazebo and butts MUST be discarded properly. Feel free to grill (bring your own grill) in my fenced yard. 420 friendly but NO SMOKING IN TRAILER! There are 5 outdoor cats so bring some belly rubs to give out. NO PETS ALLOWED IN CAMPER. There is no propane for the fridge and stove; bring a cooler. Be warned that those with allergies/sensitivity to outdoor allergens/dust may not be comfortable. Other things to note Be mindful of allergies; my pet's will likely want to check you out. My dogs are hypo-allergenic. I am not responsible for allergy attacks. The dogs/cats may try to come inside the camper- this is not allowed AT ALL. No feminine hygiene/wipes in the septic!
