Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Your room has 1 comfy Queen, 2 additional beds are in the shared open "dining area" in front of your room at small additional charge. Many amenities await you to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, washer/dryer, kitchen w/ coffee, WiFi, TV in living room. If you seek daily room service or wish to have all fancy shine new and modern, then please look for accommodation elsewhere. We provide basic and simple. You are looking at renting ONE ROOM at an older no-thrill 4-bedroom home (built in the 1950) and we kept the ol' vibe to offer you an old fashion, simple, down to earth place to rest your head, yet not skimping on amenities to make you feel comfortable and safe. All my Airbnb homes have themes, this one is decorated in fan-style College football, and you may cherish the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Cowboys during your stay . Your private Cowboy bed room (with solid door and lock) has one QUEEN size bed with super-comfy TempurPedic mattress, large smart TV, mini-fridge, closet, dresser and mini desk. Your room is located in the add-on of the house, and before you get to your room, you will pass through a semi-open room that has two extra beds that you may rent for up to 4 more additional travelers. It is a one time $10 for one or $15 for both extra beds. Please mention it when booking . Please note: The semi-open room in front of the Cowboy room has only a curtain in "door" entry when coming from kitchen, but allows for a sense of privacy) and is otherwise all enclosed. You share living room (with TV), kitchen, laundry and two bathroom facilities with guests from the other three rooms. Soaps, towels, coffee is provided. We have very easy self check-in option. So you may arrive at any time after 5 p.m. and will not disturb anyone. If you need to arrive earlier just message me and I will see to get you accommodated if anyhow possible. The house is very conveniently located at the NE side of Norman with quick access to I-35 to reach YOUR home in about 5 min. Also quick access to all major destinations of interest, like OU Campus, Norman Event Center, Norman Downtown. Just quick 20 minutes I-35 drive to all major OKC destinations, such as Downtown/Bricktown, Oklahoma State Capitol, OU Health Science Center/OU Hospitals, Will Rogers World Airport, FAA, Penn Square Mall and and and. Also welcoming monthly bookings. Ask for current affordable rates. Guest access You may stretch out in the entire home. Use living room and watch TV, note that the sofa is actually a recliner, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, have complementary coffee, and do your laundry if you wish/need. Detergent/softener is provided. During your stay I live close but won't be there unless you need me. Can be there in 15-20 minutes if you need personal assistance. Other things to note There is a train track behind the house so you will hear the rumbling of a train pass by occasionally. Neighbors have dogs that bark occasionally STRICT NO MARIJUANA (not medical either)/no recreational drugs of any kind ! Subject to cancellation if brought on property ! No Smoking inside of room/house Also: This home is all for Airbnb and you share it with other guests that are not there to clean up after you . If you will Please help and do YOUR part and always "LEAVE THE PLACE THE WAY YOU FOUND IT", so that everyone else may enjoy the home in the same clean & orderly state as you have received it. I don't live there but we have someone at the home that will keep an eye on things and would be available in case i cannot come right away (if needed). Often, i have one or two of my dogs tag along. If you prefer not to meet them, please advise me and I keep them outside .
