Welcome to your own private room in THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN MANHATTAN! located on SPRING st. 20 seconds walk to the train E, C. 5-7 min walk to the train 1, B, D, F, M, N, R & 6. Subway 12 min to Times Sq. There will be me in the apartment and very occasionally other guests in my bedroom if I am out of town. But I’ll let you know who and their name etc. the other guest will know you will be here and your name also. No elevator. 3rd floor. The space Amazing location! Dominique Ansel bakery is across the street in the next block. Very cool/fun/well-known shops such as Jacquemus, Diesel, Channel, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, Ben Sherman, John Varvatos, and more within 6 blocks. It's just fun stepping away to outside. Everything you can see in Soho is here. Not only that, train E and C is literally across the street, and extremely convenient. All utilities are in great condition and the bed is super comfy. Check in and Check out can be flexible. No elevator in the building. The building door is very heavy. When you buzz, I’ll buzz you in but it doesn’t make a obvious sound while I’m pressing the button. So just please turn the knob to the right and pull the door. 3rd floor to the right. I watch cute dogs sometimes and they stay with me. Check in says 3pm but early checking in/coming by for dropping off luggages and pick up keys is welcome. But in the meantime, you are welcome to hang out so it’s like you check in when you want to arrive, but please just be mindful that the current guest can be chilling until their check out time of 2pm. Guest access Filtered water. Feel free to use a refrigerator and freezer. No kitchen use unless making easy sandwiches or making coffees and tea. Your room is the private one that gets quiet and dark that put you in good sleep. My room is the one with the picture with a brick wall located at the other side of the apartment. During your stay I usually interact with my guests but it happens only when my guests would like to. I tend to give my guests space so there will be no need to feel obligated to chat with me. I'm good with either way. I sometimes go out with my guests when my guests would like to. Your Airbnb is open to your room and bathroom only as a base but occasionally I spend time with my guests in the living room area. When my glass room door is partially closed, that means I need privacy. so please do not disturb. Thank you :) Other things to note Hot water gets very hot so please be careful. The room is just very small and only the bed and luggage rack fit there. Please turn off AC and lights when you are heading out. I’m not a hotel :) Absolutely no shoes. No elevator. Dogs might be here. Please pick up hair out of bathroom floor and bathtub as we share the bathroom. People with make ups, please make sure your make ups are washed off so that it won’t stain white towels. FiWi works fine. There are a couple times a year hot water was gone in this building. I let my landlord right away. It hasn’t happened last couple of years.
