Duplex with 40 m2 spread over 2 floors. A living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom with a terrace on the top floor. Registered as a rural tourist accommodation VTAR/HU/00758.. The space The villa is housed in an old olive grove of which there are currently 10 of its offshoots. This is a guest house, in a privileged environment, with the Marismas del Odiel Nature Park 2 km away, which allows you to see the different migratory birds (flamingos, cranes...). Its facilities and location allow you to combine rest, pool, beach, outdoor activities and visits to the places of interest in the province of Huelva. It is located 7-8 km from the capital, 5-6 km from the beaches of Punta Umbria and 3 km from a golf course and pine forests where you can go hiking or mountain biking. Visits to Doñana, El Rocío, Gruta de las Maravillas, Monasterio de la Rábida, Dolmen de Soto or neighboring Seville can be excellent options for guests who are not just looking for sun and beach. Also noteworthy is its proximity to Portugal; about 30 minutes by car. Guest access The bungalow has private parking, fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, washing machine and a large 1,000 m2 garden, barbecue and private 20 m2 pool. Other things to note The spiral staircase to the upper floor is a structural impediment for people with a certain disability. For these cases, the duplex has a sofa bed in the living room. The pool does not have fences or similar that prevent access. The danger of this has made us decide that only adults are allowed. Pets are allowed (dogs only and upon request). Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of the accommodation.
