Aigalot, a fantastic villa surrounded by nature

Minimalist and Majorcan style fuses at Aigalot with a magnificent natural stone wall. Kick back and relax in this very calm area perches above Fajac-en-Val with wonderful views and a 3 ha garden. Enjoy all the villa’s facilities and a splendid azure pool (11mx4m). This home can sleep UP TO 6 people. Just choose the number of guests. Unfortunately, children under 12, disabled persons & pets are NOT allowed because of the modern staircase. It is only 18 km from "La Cite de Carcassonne". The space While being modern with a kitchen fully equipped, this place is on the other side for nature lovers, immersed in a so beautiful green scenery and far from the busy life. It teaches you how to let go and how to reboot yourself. First shops are 15 min away from the villa and you are only 25 min away from downtown Carcassonne. For this amazing villa, you have access to all the rooms (kitchen etc..). For the bedrooms, it depends of the number of guests you have booked (2 guests 1 bedroom, etc..). And finally, we don’t have TV (it is really not needed). Guest access IMPORTANT : Subject to the number of guests, you’ll have eventually access to all the bedrooms (4) or only 1 bedroom if one couple (etc..). The best is to communicate the exact amount of guests so we can arrange the house regarding to your needs and make your stay unforgettable (prices vary depending on how many guests and season). Have a proper look at all the pictures and at the staircase (no railings and modern design). Other things to note The villa is only 25 minutes away from the airport of Carcassonne. Car hire is ESSENTIAL to reach local amenities (15 min away) as well as explore the beautiful surrounding areas. Finally and again : the staircase is safe but is very modern without railing so it would not be recommended if you have mobility problems. And the villa does not have TV.
