A stylish place to stay perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Whether you plan to stay for one night or for a month I’ve got your home away from home all ready for you - comfy, cozy and clean with special treats for all guests. The space is in the walkout basement of my home. It has tall ceilings, a private entrance and no shared spaces. Gorgeous country side property with lots of room to roam perfect for pets to stretch their legs after a long car ride. The space You will stay in the 1st floor of a house (walk out basement) and have the whole space to yourself. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a big closet and TV. There is a full bathroom complete with soaker tub. The kitchenette has no sink but comes complete with a water cooler (hot and cold water on demand) mini fridge, freezer (the same size as the mini fridge) Keurig with coffee pods, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven and toaster, air fryer, kettle, real dishes, lots of paper dishes, pot, pan, cooking utensils, cutlery and a pantry to store your food. Living room has a couch with lounger, large arm chair and a super comfy single bed. Both TVs come with a fire stick that has Netflix, Prime, Stack TV, Crave, Paramount +, Crave and Discovery+. Wifi is free. Laundry is also available free. House is located on the snowmobiling and ATV trail and provides ample space for parking all vehicles - both personal and recreational. There is also ample storage inside for all your gear. Self check in is a breeze. No extra fee for cleaning nor is there a cleaning list for my guests. I do ask that you treat everything with respect and keep things tidy upon check out. It is located 20 minutes off the highway….15 minutes if you do the speed limit:) Do not take Back Greenfield Road. It is not the same as Greenfield Road. Although it will bring you to my house it will lead you down a very bumpy road and you will want to give me a 4 on location and I don’t want that;). Guest access You’ll have access to the whole downstairs minus the storage and utility rooms. There are no shared spaces between host and guests. Other things to note I allow pets. Please include them in your reservation as there is a $10 pet fee.
