This home provides front door code entry where you will find 5 bedrooms (1 king, 4 queen beds) showcasing original art pieces and photographs by the owners themselves, 2 full bathrooms, a newly updated kitchen. The space As you walk in the door of this single family home, the main floor presents with original hardwood floors, new furnishings and a fully equipped, updated kitchen (with standard pots, pans and cooking utensils), granite countertops, dishwasher, and a round kitchen table for eating. The living room has a 55” Smart TV available with Netflix, hulu, amazon, WiFi and also offers work from home desk, chair and office supplies. As you walk down the hall, you'll find 1 full bathroom (tub/shower, sink vanity and toilet) and 3 rooms; 1 king and 2 queen size beds. As you descend the stairs to the basement, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining as well and foosball table. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have closet space, luggage racks, night stand lights with USB ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard/back patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, grill, backyard games and a firepit. Guest access House access will be through the front door with keyless entry. Codes will be provided close to the arrival date for worry-free check in. You will have access to the entire home and backyard. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. No parties. No smoking. Other things to note The space is non-smoking and pet free. Any smoking may be done outside of the home. If smoking is suspected to have occurred inside the home, a fee of $1000 will be charged to the guest. No parties are allowed. If you are grocery shopping in the area, reusable shopping bags are available for use in the closet by the front door. All stores in Colorado charge 10 cents per bag. Please help our beautiful state by staying sustainable! :) During the summer months, lawn service comes every other week in the morning. The sprinkler system will also run every other day in the early evening. We have trash valet services that comes every week to take out and bring in the bins. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. Check Out: Check out is at 10am Please leave the house as you generally found it. Run the dishwasher. Remove and leave all used sheets/bedding in a pile on the bed. Leave all used towels in the bathroom. Take garbage (green lid) & recycle (yellow lid) out to trash bins located on the side of the driveway. Broom located in the living room closet. Set the thermostat to 75 (AC in the summer months) or 68 (Heat in the winter months). Close all windows and lock the doors upon your departure.
