Private jungle house: Oceanview, pool, wifi strlnk

Casa Pizote is located 15 minutes above Uvita. Settled on a mountain ridge it has lots of natural breeze while offering a tremendous view on the famous whale tail. Modern tropical contemporary architecture nestled in the mountains with ocean view sunsets whole year around. The house is surrounded by tropical forest with a lot of wildlife like toucans and monkeys you can watch while chilling in the pool. Just 5 minute car ride to spectacular beaches and 10 minutes to marine park “whale tail”. The space All rooms are well ventilated - there is a constant pleasant airflow in the whole house. Most people don’t even use the ceiling fans (we don’t have AC). Temperatures are around 77-80 F degrees (27 C) during the day and 68 F (20 C) at nighttime. Please note: due to security reasons (open stairs, pool not fenced) the house is not suitable for kids below 12 years of age. No dogs allowed. Guest access Access to all areas - you are the only guests on the property. You’ll be having the whole house for yourself including garden and pool. There are 4 parking lots available: 1 covered space (garage) with access to the house, 3 others around the house. Road up to the house is partly steep, AWD or 4x4 car is mandatory. Other things to note During the rainy season the road up to the house might be bumpy, especially from September to December. That’s why a 4WD or AWD car is mandatory and we recommend driving up carefully and slowly. Please note: no parties allowed. Thank you 🙏
