Riverview Getaway

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore. The space The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 Singles. All bedrooms have built-in robes and offer luxury linen & towels. The bathroom now boasts a new 12 jet spa bath and separate shower. There are 2 separate living areas, office/work station, open plan kitchen & dining. Please note that only the formal lounge is air conditioned however it does filter throughout the home. Netflix & Wifi is unlimited and free of charge. The rear verandah overlooks the river and is the perfect place to relax in the afternoon and watch the sun set or light up the outdoor fire pit. Ample kindling and wood is provided. A picnic blanket & outdoor beanbags are provided to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a lockable shed for secure car parking and a ping pong table and quoit board is set up in this area. A carport (maximum clearance 1.9m) is offered and there is also ample off road parking. Attached to the shed is a patio that takes in the early morning sun on a chilly winter morning, perfect to plan your day. A Weber BBQ is on the rear verandah and all cooking utensils are supplied together with basic condiments, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea & sugar. A herb garden supplies various herbs for all your culinary needs. We also supply a Neverfail filtered water cooler for drinking water. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and a key safe is available for self check in. Other things to note Your furry friends are welcome to stay and even venture inside however please do not allow dogs on the carpet, beds or furniture. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not followed. Bowls & beds are provided. If it is possible I am flexible with check-in and check-out times. I do also block out days to attend to gardening so an extra day may be available. Just message me and I will try to accommodate your requests. I will allow extra people if required but only considered on a case by case basis.
