It has a super king size double bed and a wardrobe with a smart TV and a high speed Wi-Fi. The pantry is completely functional with a hot water, tea, mugs. fridge, crockery, cutlery ,microwave +silicon lids in its designated area. Drawing room has said seating with mattresses to accommodate kids or adults who book with our guest at an extra cost. Smoking area is attached is in the terrace attached to the bedroom. We offer beautiful self service holiday home for short and Long stays. Our Villa is a cozy holiday delight. A refuge of privacy and serenity, this gracious one bedroom villa combines functionality and discreet charm. • It intends to create a private hideaway in tune with nature, simple yet cozy, fresh and romantic. Air conditioned & well appointed the Villa features a minimalist clean centrally located holiday abode. • Inverter has been installed in the premise to avoid discomfort during power cut.It will give a back up electricity for 6 Hours. • The Villa provides for 24 x 7 security with CCTV and free parking. Guest access The entire apartment belongs to the guest during their stay. Other things to note The rules are just the same rules you would apply in your house: respect for the other people living in the adjoins villa and for all the things and the furniture in the apartment. • The rooms are strictly a NO SMOKING; Please don't smoke inside the house as some people are sensitive to the residual odours. However, attached terrace can be used for smoking. Apartment sanitizing charges of minimum Rs.1000/ will be charged if traces of smoking found in rooms. 1. Occupancy in the apartment for other than Unit owners: To avoid any misunderstanding, please note that it is our strict policy that the number of guests who may stay at our apartment must not exceed the number of actual beds existing in the apartment and as disclosed to you whilst booking. Only those persons named on the confirmation Invoice may stay in the property. Subletting is forbidden. 2. Peace and Quiet Most of the dwellings are owned by private individuals, many of whom live here. It is their home. Please respect their right to peace, quiet and enjoyment of the facilities by observing a few simple rules: • Keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night. • Don’t invite friends to use the terrace/compound. It is only for the use of villa owner rentees only. • Do not take furniture out of the apartment • Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C. • Ensure that all water taps, electrical appliances supply is turned off after use. • We have a no pet policy, please do not bring pets to the villa. 3. Guests’ Belongings Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. Please do not leave the air-conditioner on and the windows open when you go out. We shall not under any circumstances take responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever. 4. Damage to Property Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible. 5. Personal Injury to Guest We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises. 6. Government Rules and Regulations Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc. C Form should be filled in and handed over by non Indian guests.
