All mattresses are memory foam tempur-pedic type. Guest access Access to pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, BBQ and horseshoe pits. The pool is heated through the winter. Condo is on the second floor, access via exterior stairs. The unit is one level (no interior stairs). 2 HDTV's receive 60 antenna broadcast signals including (CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, PBS and others....). TV Steaming and internet may be capped with base Wi-fi internet access at 100GB/month. Unlimited internet access is available and easy to set up, but may be guest responsibility. Laundry/storage room with washer/dryer located below living area and is private and exclusive. Water, heating/cooling and electricity utilities included. 2 uncovered parking spaces available with each reservation. Parking is within a few steps to the unit. Long term boat/rv parking unavailable. Other things to note Maximum number of guests suitable is 3, including child/infant.
