New apartment immersed in nature with pool

Brand new apartment in the middle of the tuscan hills. Placed on a ground floor of a Farm house is perfect place if you are looking for peace. Over 100 Square meters of garden, a lovely barbecue area and a small swimming pool with stunning view over our town. Pool will be closed end of September! The space There are 2 rooms, 1 big one with a king size bed with a beautiful window overlooking the valley and town and smaller room with a queen size bed. There is a possibility to have 1 or 2 more guests if they use the sofa bed in the living room. The swimming pool is 3,5 meters in diameter and It is at your personal use only! Friendly animals are allowed. You will be sharing the property with my Father and Sister living above you and my grandma living on your side. Their presence will go unnoticed. We have recently installed an airconditioner that will keep the whole house cool. During the winter you will be using the pellet stove to warm up. Other things to note San miniato is perfectly in between of Pisa (30min) and Florence (30min). Siena and San Gimignano (1hour).
