Please read my house manual before you book to make sure my home is a good match for what you are looking for. This large, beautiful, quiet room has a queen size bed, plus an alcove with a full futon mattress, and a large couch. There is also a ceiling fan, plus a room air conditioner/heater, and full closet. You have your own private bathroom right next to your room with a large tub and shower. This is a great space to book if you want a queen size bed, if you have several guests, or my other room is already booked (Lovely Ann Arbor Room Near Downtown) My home is a mile from downtown and Michigan Stadium, 2 miles to campus, and a two minute walk to the Ann Arbor bus line. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and tea kettle along with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and powdered creamer. If you prefer real cream, please let me know! Guest access You are welcome to do laundry, and to spend time in the living room. Please do not invite other people into my home unless they are part of the reservation, or you check in with me first. During your stay I let guests lead the way. Need restaurant recommendations, yoga classes, massage therapists, good music and bar scene info? I can connect you. Want to come and go as you please, with lots of privacy? That's just fine. Your comfort and needs are my priority. If I am away during your stay, my adult son is available to help. Other things to note There are often other guests in my home, as I have several Airbnb rooms. I have wifi, though I don't have a TV. I have a 3 year old Boston terrier mix named Frankie who is sweet and friendly. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No other overnight guests or visitors, unless you clear with me first. No weapons, firearms or smoking on the property. Please, read the house manual.
