Pool is not suitable for very young children, (from 1 to 3 mtr deep). Apartment has a living room with sofa, dining table, smart TV,air conditioning. and a small balcony with view to the maintains. The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Small kitchen with fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery. It is is only 450 m from SODAP beach, where you can have a nice walk overlooking the blue meditarean sea. no shortage of restaurants, bars. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it can bring you to the Kings Avenue Mall, tombs of kings, or the old town. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the apartment including the swimming pool. Other things to note apartment is not on the ground floor and no lift present. 2 stairs must be climbed to reach the apartment there is NO oven present pool can be under maintenance without notice. sun beds are available at the pool, bird deposits can be present on the pool beds. pool rules: it is a shared pool, no glass at the pool, no loud music and no noise after 20:00 pool is closed everyday in the morning for 1 hour for cleaning. please follow the instructions from the maintenance staff. please shower before entering the pool, there is a shower at the pool. fly screens are installed on the windows. apartment is opposite agricultural land keep flyscreens closed when opening windows to prevent insects, flies, muscitos etc coming in. insects can be flying into the apartment when opening doors and/or windows dust can enter the apartment when opening door/windows/sliding doors. blinds are present in bedroom and living room to make the room(s) dark. stairs to the apartment and outside the apartment is not under control of the host. use of pool and outside the apartment on the apartment premises is on the guests risc. hot water is coming from a solar heater. no need to use the electric boiler. guest needs to follow the rules in the swimming pool area. instructions from the poolmanager/poolcleaner should be followed. respect other tenants, no loud music. NO GLASS IN THE POOL AREA ! not following the house rules and/or pool rules can have consequences for your stay. The pool rules are written at the entrance of the pool.
