The space This 2-room apartment with all the necessary amenities, located on the 5th floor, is very secure and quiet with elevator, and is composed of a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a living room with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a fully-equipped kitchen. The entrance to the apartment consists of a closet with access to the toilet. In the open kitchen, you will have: - Induction cooktop, range hood - Fridge & Freezer (LG) (large size) - Microwave - Pod coffee machine with pods - Electric kettle with some choice of tea - Dishwasher (Bosch) (large size) with some products provided - Oven - Washer-dryer. - All the necessary utensils for cooking: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery as well as basic items such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar... - Dish soap, sponge and cloth. - A dining table for 4 people There is also a TV area in the living room. We will greet you in person to hand over the keys and wish you a pleasant stay. Guest access The apartment is located in the city center of Bussy-Saint-Georges at the foot of the train station (20 m). With the RER A line, you can visit: - Disneyland Parks and Marne-la-Vallée Chessy TGV station: 8 minutes - Valley Village Outlet and Sea Life Aquarium: 5 min - Paris: about 35 minutes to the gates of Paris (Nation station) - Arc de Triomphe (Charles de Gaulle-Etoile stop): 40 min - Champs Elysées (Charles de Gaulle-Etoile stop): 40 min - Eiffel Tower: 50 minutes CDG Airport: 35 minutes drive Orly Airport: 45 minutes by car Other things to note If you don't want to walk much in the evening after a long day of walking around Disneyland, our apartment is the perfect choice because its location is in the immediate vicinity (1-minute walk) of the RER A station (public train). On the day of your arrival, please let us know your arrival time before 1 a.m. so we can come and welcome you. We are flexible, so if you would like to arrive earlier, do not hesitate to contact us. Please leave the apartment clean upon checkout, dishes done, garbage taken out. Out of respect for future guests, the apartment is strictly non-smoking. If you lose the parking remote control, we will ask you to pay us €60. In case you lose the apartment keys we will ask you to pay the price of the lock.
