Apartment overlooking the mountains of Annecy

Welcome to my home! The charm of my apartment is its magnificent view of Annecy, its proximity to Annecy and its lake which is less than 10 minutes away by car. I live here year-round, but this summer I'm renting it out when I go on vacation. Self check-in and check-out (lockbox) My garage will be available to park your car. See you soon to plan your stay. Laurent. The space The accommodation is south-facing, 50 m2, located on the second and top floor of a small condominium, with elevator access. A neat decor. A bedroom with a large comfortable 160 cm bed and a Velux. Two sofas around a coffee table for the seating area, which overlooks a large bay window. A 65" TV area with Netflix and a third sofa. A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer). A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower (hair dryer) - Washing machine (iron, drying rack) A beautiful 9 m2 terrace with an awning, a table with four chairs, two sun loungers. There are few outdoor spaces, so I suggest using my garage, in the basement, closed to park your car. Nearby you will find Grand Frais and its bakery, but also a pharmacy, restaurants and some shops.
