The main home is 2800 sqft plus an additional 1200 sqft on a private rooftop deck (that we built ourselves!). There is natural light (and plants) galore. Prepare meals in our chef’s kitchen. We don’t skimp on linens, supplies, cozy mattresses or bedding. A legally permitted rental by the City of Portland. 1% for The Planet member. Our unique home is just a few houses off of Alberta Street; making it central to all that Concordia and The Alberta Arts District has to offer. Here are a few house highlights: *Large open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings. Tons of natural light from the 3 walls of tall windows. Hardwood floors throughout. *Rooftop deck with a sectional counch and two picnic tables. One flight of stairs away from the kitchen. The master bedroom/bathroom, great room and kitchen are on the upper (second) level! The remaining bedrooms and additional bathroom are on the ground (first) level. Prior to arrival - I am available to communicate as much as you need. Some folks have 2 or 3 messages and some have 20. I’m here for it. Regardless though, your unique home access code and detailed entry instructions are sent the night prior to arrival. Don’t stress, I won’t forget to send it out! ;) During your stay - We want your vacation to feel like a vacation so we are pretty hands-off; letting you unplug and just enjoy your time. But If anything comes up be sure to let us know! We will respond as soon as possible. Myself, my husband or Rachel can always stop by to help out, if needed. Always - We are happy to answer questions and give suggestions about all the great things to do here in PDX. Our first priority is to make sure you have a great stay and experience a city and neighborhood that we adore. Thank you - We have met some truly amazing people through this home and sincerely appreciate you staying at The Portland Villa. The Alberta Arts district (Concordia) is thriving. There is so much in Portland but you have found the hottest hood in PDX. Wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques line Alberta Street from 9th street to 30th. The shops are all small, local businesses and its simply a friendly and unique place to be. We are a quick 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the convention center. We would say there is no better spot to experience a city that we have grown to love :) We are in very short walking distance to several bus lines that run to downtown and about 1 mile from the Yellow Max line. We are very close to excellent bike rental shops and bicycle corridors that take you to the city safely and in true PDX style! The Portland Villa is within *15 minutes of downtown Portland, and the PDX airport *10 minutes of the Convention Center. *35 minutes of Multnomah Falls (and many other falls) and portions of the Columbia River Gorge. * an hour of The Willamette Valley Wine Region * hour and a half of adventures in Hood River, Mt. Hood / Helens and the Oregon Coast. The options are endless!
