Tai Newydd: Quiet 4 bed house with secluded garden

This spacious property is in a quiet village 2 minutes from the A55. It is within easy reach of the lovely beaches at Rhosneigr and Newborough and the mountains of Snowdonia which makes this the ideal place for those who want a varied holiday. The space This property (mainly single storey), is well equipped, open and sunny. The south facing, open plan living/dining area is light and airy and leads into the kitchen. There is a separate TV room with open fireplace. The master bedroom with king sized bed is accessed off the living space and there is a shower room with toilet through the utility room for the master bedroom to use. There is a separate bedroom corridor with a twin/double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom and toilet. There is also a single sleeping loft which kids love. The property has a lovely large sunny garden with plenty of areas to sit and relax in. Guests are welcome to help themselves to fruit from the garden during their stay. The area is very quiet and the garden is not overlooked. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Guest access You have access to all the house and garden, though there are a number of cupboards which are locked. Other things to note The house is very unique. The main bedroom and living space would suit a couple wanting a romantic escape, while the bedroom wing means that the property is also suitable for a family, with lots of space for all.
