As you walk in the front door, you will find your bedroom on the right, and your bathroom on the left. Keep walking and you will pass the washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and dining area where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean. Keep on walking to head out onto the balcony where you can really enjoy the sights and sounds of beach living at its best. You will be sharing the space with the respectful owner(s). Listing is for a private room in the condo. If you’re lucky, you may see some dolphins or an occasional whale cruise by as they work their way up and down the coast. Great restaurants are within walking distance and it’s only a 5 minute drive to Rosarito Beach, 30 minute drive to the San Diego border, and the Valle de Guadalupe wine country only about an hour away, making this the perfect Baja getaway location! The guards will charge you to register your car and $2 per bracelets per person to use the pools, jacuzzis, and tennis court. During your stay Interaction with guests I live here and may or may not be staying here when you come in, but I will get you everything you need to have a smooth arrival and will be available to answer any of your questions about local things to do.
