Modern queen bed/bedroom on the second floor of a split level home right in the heart of University of Delaware country. Walk/bike to UD. I95 is only two miles or so away. Street free parking; small (friendly) dog is on the premises. Private back yard and porch are right outside the kitchen. Guests may bring a reasonable amount of personal belongings. We’ve had issues with prior guests bringing multiple carloads of personal items so please be aware that we will accept only the amount of personal belongings commonly brought by persons taking trips of the length equal to the time of the guest’s stay Quiet neighborhood, close to UD to be convenient, but not right near student housing. UD Stadium is a 20 minute walk away. Bike routes are nearby, the freeway is also very close. Many Grub Hub, Postmates, and other food delivery options also available.
