Centrally located in Pinellas county, it is a unique home in a golf course community with a pool in the middle of the house. I have lots of information about local attractions. Beaches, award winning zoos and other wildlife attractions, museums, nightlife, boating, dolphins and more! Just ask. I love where I live and am happy to help others learn to love it, too. Ten minutes from the closest beach. Twenty five minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. Forty Five minutes from downtown Tampa. The space This room has a king size bed large closet nightstands and a dresser. Also a small stereo and ceiling fan. You will have full use of the pool area. There is an entrance to the pool area from the bathroom. There is wi-fi, a 52" TV, stereo, pool table, pinball machine and video game, outdoor grille and pool floats, available for your entertainment. Beach chairs towels and snorkeling gear also available. Guest access You will have full use of the pool area, kitchen, living areas and outside grill. You must supply and use your own food. Washer and drier onsite. Just bring your own 'HE' soap. During your stay I live alone with my parrot and work mostly weekdays but, can give you many insights on events, places to go, and dining establishments. I may be available as a 'tour guide'. Other things to note 1st hole and clubhouse for the golf course is less than one mile away. Maderia Beach is 10 minutes away. Treasure Island and Clearwater beach 20 minutes away. Downtown St. Pete is 25 minutes away. Tampa airport 30 minutes away. St. Pete airport 15 minutes away. Orlando is 2 hours away.
