That is why we have chosen to charge for energy and water separately. However, the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low. The average cost is about Eur 100 per week. Based on meter readings and the actual rates of the utility companies, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay. The pool is filled from a deep well. Security deposit At check-in, we ask a cash deposit of USD/EUR 250. At check-out, the costs for water and electricity will be deducted from this.
