The hot water in the bathroom is prompt and the water pressure is fantastic. We live above you and are available if you need anything. The kitchenette and bathroom are stocked with the necessities (and yes, coffee and tea are necessities). Talk to us if you need more items or if you have forgotten anything! Chances are we have it. Other things to note This is a basement apartment with both natural and artificial light to distance you from Portland's notoriously overcast sky. In summer, our huge shady trees keep your abode comfortably cool. We live in the house above, and we try to be very considerate about noise levels when the bottom unit is occupied. We allow pets that are well trained and chaperoned and are not left unsupervised to roam the apartment. If you need it, we can provide a comfortable crate to contain your pet. We thoroughly clean the apartment after a pet has been there, so we require an additional pet fee of $25 for short stays and $75 for stays over 28 days. A word about parking. This home is on a one-way street. There is fantastic access to public buses . Street parking is available nearby but not in front of the house. Upon request, I can move our cars to the street and you can have our driveway garage. Many folks Uber and we try not to park on the street if it is not necessary. Just let us know and I will give you an on premises spot! We are happy to do it. We are located close-in which is great. However, please use the crosswalks on our NE corner of 24th and Broadway during high volume times. And because it is a big city we encourage guests to remove things from their vehicle and bring them inside. You can bring your bikes into the apartment if you'd like. There is a toaster oven, microwave, cooktop. rice maker, Insta Pot and a full refrigerator . There is not an oven. Registration details 17-178370-000-00-HO
