BE OUR GUEST at our spacious, historic home! We have 5 total bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, and 3 floors, perfect for your family or friends. The Second floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. First Floor Bedroom with King bed and half bath attached. 3rd Floor features cathedral ceiling, game room, living/dining area, Movie Room, a Kids Play Room with Teepees, a large Kitchenette & a Full bathroom. Washer/dryer Available for Guest use in the basement. Walk to Falls in 10 minutes! This home was lovingly updated and decorated! The house approx. 100 years old and has original doors, hardware, some floors, etc. we are continually updating the property and have just installed 17 new windows. We have peak-a-boo views of the Niagara River from some of the rooms which leads to Niagara Falls! Guests have access to the entire home except any locked closets that are for utilities, supplies, cleaning etc. We allow guests to make themselves at home and but we are located steps away should anything arise during your stay. Harper Wren House is located in a tourist area, minutes from the Falls and the State Park. It’s completely walkable to all the downtown attractions, the Falls Attractions, restaurants, etc. We are located next to hotels and several other AirBnbs, including our sister property, River Views @ Ashwood down the street. Guests can walk to the Falls and area attractions, there is free street parking on the side street and a parking pad in the front. To get to the Malls and other Retail stores, it would require vehicle transportation. We also have Uber and Lyft available in this area. No parties, must be 21+, NO LOCAL GUESTS unless prior approval from host due to party concerns. Children should not be left alone at anytime in the house. There is a second floor balcony off the hallway; The door is closed and hard to open and the storm door is also. The third floor stairs are steeper; there is a gate at the top but it does not lock. There is also a railing over these stairs but young kids should be attended to at all times. We provide window air conditioning units in the warm months and heating in the colder months as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom for guests’ comfort. The skylights on the third floor are tricky to open and close due to the mechanism and we highly recommend they are not opened. We have regular beds for 12 people as listed in the bedroom layouts, any additional guests would have to sleep on the pullout sofas or children in the baby cots / pack n play.
