A beautiful stay in a village close to York

The space Located less than x7 miles from York city centre, Burwood House is a modern x4 bedroom detached house built in 2016 in a beautiful little village called Sutton on Derwent. It’s light, airy, spacious and secure. My home is a x10 minute drive to the University of York Guest access There is a private driveway at the property and the property is located behind wooden electric gates with enough parking for x4 cars. Guests access the house via a separate front door During your stay Phone, text or email whatever is best for you Other things to note I provide fresh milk on a daily basis, tea, coffee and snacks for my guests. If you would any certain type of milk - oat milk, soya milk etc. Please just let me know and I can provide this 😀
