It is in front of the beach (about 40 meters). The beach is heavenly, beautiful, quiet and deserted. -Next to the house, we have a private river on the property, which is shallow and has warm water. ABOUT THE HOUSE: The house is spacious, comfortable and FULLY equipped and features: - 3 en-suites with air-conditioning, good speed Wi-Fi, closets/dressers and comfortable beds; - 2 balconies with hammocks, one with a sea view and the other with a river view; - The bathrooms are clean and new, with a good shower with hot water; - The living room is spacious and has: a counter with stools, a table with 6 chairs, a sofa bed, a window overlooking the river, a television, and a first aid kit; - Our kitchen is planned and fully equipped so you can prepare delicious family meals. You can safely leave the vehicle and have easy access for everyone, even people with limited mobility.
