It has excellent public transport ways and is close to the Joanic or Verdaguer metro stations. The apartment has a light living room with a sofa and there is a table with chairs. The living room opens to an open kitchen with a small table and chairs and a balcony terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed with a small dresser. The second bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe. The apartment also has a dressing room with plenty of storage space. There is a bathroom with a shower. Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 120 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days. A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month will be required upon arrival for any monthly stay. For reservations made via Airbnb, a €300 deposit will be requested solely to cover any potential excess over the maximum amount of included utility charges.
