Cozy and conveniently located home with everything you need to enjoy the Shawangunk/Catskill region with friends and family. The space House can accommodate up to six people (queen bed and two double beds) with a spacious kitchen including a large stove/oven, dishwasher, and dining table. Living room has a large corner couch and 65” TV to relax after a day outdoors. Large backyard includes a grill and patio set (will be set up May 15th). Main floor bedroom has a queen size bed. Upstairs bedroom has two double beds. Back door entrance offers extra space to store skis, climbing gear or extra shoes/boots. Driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. Contactless, self check-in for easy access. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the living space. Other things to note Please respect our smoke free house. No pets permitted. While the home is located on a private property with its own driveway it is located on a busier street with a 55 mi/hr speed limit therefore there can be some noise heard inside, white noise like a fan, which is provided, can easily drown any noise. I’ve had guests note it but never had complaints. Note to parents: While the house can certainly accommodate children and you are more than welcome, I don’t have any specific items for smaller children like a high chair, playpen etc. I would also note that I have stairs to the second floor and the yard is large enough to throw a frisbee or kick a ball but it is not fenced in. There is also a playground 5 mins away.
