The space Access to the house is via a large path allowing parking for several cars. The large entrance welcomes you into a kitchen, dining room and living room area opening directly onto the large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The ground floor is completed by a WC, large cupboards, a master suite including a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with bathtub and two bunk beds for young children. The bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, you will have access to 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with 1 140x190 bed and the second with 2 90x200 beds that can be grouped together to make a single bed. A bathroom with WC serves the 2 bedrooms. The very large terrace of the Villa offers you several atmospheres, lounge for aperitifs, central for reading in the shade of the oaks and a dining area under the roof to protect yourself from the high heat. The terrace dominates the closed and salt-treated swimming pool area. The swimming pool has a shallow first part perfect for children, and a 190 cm circular pit suitable for jumps and “bombs”. It is supplemented by a heat pump which allows a minimum temperature of 24 degrees from April 15 to November 1 and conversely is cooled to 29 degrees to remain pleasant during heatwave periods. A driftwood cabin protects you from the sun and allows you to sip your aperitifs with your guests at any time of the day or night. A set of suitable spotlights, divided into 5 zones, allows you to independently illuminate the surroundings of the terrace, the perimeter of the swimming pool, the swimming pool or the park.
