Our apartment Uta's Unterschlupf has a separate sleeping area with 2 high-quality single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed if necessary. In the living area, there is a cozy sofa bed, so up to 3 people can be accommodated in the apartment. The living and dining area invites you to relax with a cozy sitting area. The modern and new kitchen offers you all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Looking forward to seeing you soon! The space The apartment Uta's Unterschlupf has a separate sleeping area with two high-quality single beds made of solid wood, which can be put together to form a double bed if necessary. In the living area there is a cozy sofa bed, so that up to 3 people can be accommodated in the apartment. The living and dining area invites you to relax after an eventful day of excursions or a strenuous day of work with a cozy sitting area. Of course, there is also a TV available, which you can use from both the sofa and the table. The kitchen-living room offers you all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Available equipment: induction stove with two hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster ensure that you have everything you need for breakfast. At the dining table there is enough space to eat or to work or play games. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a vanity and toilet. The bathroom and the rest of the apartment are equipped with comfortable floor heating. Guest access Uta's shelter is located in the lower castle, which makes it accessible. Outside, the old and converted manure heap is suitable for breakfast in the sun or a cozy dinner. Children will also find a variety of activities on the forecourt with a small playground. Parking is available right next to the guest house, including an electric charging station. Your bikes can also be safely parked under the stairs. Other things to note The prices for the respective apartment are calculated per day including bed linen, towels and kitchen towels as well as additional costs. For longer stays, the towels will be changed after one week and the bed linens will be changed after three weeks. The apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10 am. Regardless of the number of people and the period, we charge a flat rate of €30.00 for the final cleaning. In the event of particularly heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge a higher amount corresponding to the actual expenses. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area!
