Located at the end of a dead end dirt road, this is a very quiet location with neighbors only on one side. Lake Wentworth is a very clean private lake with limited public access and minimal boat traffic. The water is clear and the bottom of the lake is sandy. Our nearly 200 ft of natural sand beach is bounded on one side by the picturesque Warren Heath one of the sources of water to the lake. Warren Heath is shallow and as such motor boat traffic is prohibited. It is a beautiful place to kayak or canoe. On the other side of Warren Heath as it meets the lake is a long stretch of what appears to be a deserted sand beach. This is private property, please resist the temptation for a sunset stroll. Please be conscious of and respectful to the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. No loud music please. Wolfeboro Center is a small town New England dream nestled on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Visit unique restaurants, shops, and art galleries. This lakefront home includes boats as follows: - use of a Grumman canoe and paddles. Value $225/wk. - two 10' kayaks.
