The space Escape to this tranquil 2-story, 5-bedroom sanctuary, a spacious and modern home designed for families or groups of up to 16+ guests to unwind and recharge. Your stay is filled with bright, natural light and endless entertainment options. Main Floor: Step into the elegant open-concept living and dining area, perfect for entertaining, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. Discover the chic speakeasy lounge, your private entertainment hub featuring a pool table, ping pong, karaoke, and an arcade machine with over 14,000 games. The first of two primary suites is on this level, offering two queen beds and a unique “glam-ready” zone with two vanity stations and a massive statement mirror. The spa-style ensuite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a built-in bench. Upstairs: Host a movie night in the cinema blockbuster room, complete with a 120-inch screen for an immersive experience. This floor features four additional comfortable bedrooms, including a second primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom and a dedicated office space. Bedrooms are furnished with plush beds and offer ample storage. The home includes a total of two king beds, three queen beds, two queen-size bunk beds, and two Twin beds to comfortably accommodate your group. Outdoor Oasis: Your private, fenced backyard is an oasis designed for relaxation and fun. Unwind in the soothing waters of the private hot tub under the stars. Practice your golf game on the private putting green. Gather around the fire pit in one of the four Adirondack chairs for cozy evening conversations. Enjoy morning coffee on the comfortable patio lounge. A BBQ grill is also provided for your use. Guest access You will have private, keyless access to the entire home and its amenities. We simply ask that you respect the space as if it were your own. Wristbands are required for access and will be located by the coffee maker. Trash is picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you're there on those days, please roll the trash bin to the street the night before. Parking Please always utilize the driveway first, especially if you have more than 2 cars you can easily fit four cars, and ensure all vehicles are parked in the drive way. Cleanliness & Safety: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival. The hot tub is also regularly serviced and maintained for your comfort and safety.
