Our small 1 bedroom cabin offers views of the river from the deck and windows, and river access on the property to soak your feet or cast your line. The space Tucked away from the road on the bank of the McKenzie River, this small 1 bedroom cabin offers views of the McKenzie river from the deck and windows, and river access on the property to soak your feet or cast a line. New furniture, comfortable beds, and recently remodeled. Hot tub. Step out the back door to a view of the McKenzie River and access to the river bank on the property, just steps away. The living room offers views on the riverside of the cabin, comfy seating, TV, a portable Bluetooth speaker, and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen features a full-size range, microwave, coffee station with pour-over and drip machine, and plenty of cookware, glasses, plates, etc. The deck includes a dining table and chairs. Washer and dryer are in the hallway. Parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. There is a second smaller studio cabin next door that is also available as an add-on for larger groups, or booked separately. Please ask if interested. We want every guest to have a great time! If you want an amenity that isn't listed please just ask and we'll let you know how we can help. In the kitchen, we stock oil, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. We don't provide paper towels but have plenty of dish towels. There is a small grocery store nearby. The property is 2 acres with 2 cabins next to each other. The property has a lot of riverbank on the south side, near the cabins. HOT TUB: If you want to use it in winter months --November through February--please give 5 days advance notice and pay the additional fee of $30. Finally, please know that we love sharing our place with others but we aren't a hotel or professional lodging business. We love home-sharing and we always try to stay in Airbnb rentals when we travel. In that spirit, we are interested in sharing with other kind and wonderful people! We are friendly and mellow folks who just love our little place on the river and want to share it with others who think they'll like it too.
