Our peaceful and spacious 3 bedroom home is the perfect getaway for the whole family to relax and decompress! Free street parking is ample and always available. The space The property shares a plot of land with a blue Tiny House, which is also listed on Airbnb. The Tiny House guests have their own walkway and entry and you will not have to interact with them. We’ve built the Tiny House behind the garage, out of view of the street for added privacy. We ask that you respect their privacy and they will do the same for you. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole home! Private entrance and a keypad at the door means you’ll be able to come and go as you please. Let us know what unique door code you would like to use so you'll never forget your code! Other things to note No smoking is allowed inside the home, but you can smoke outside. Please place cigarette butts in the fire pit. If there’s smoking in the home, a fee of $150 will be added in order to deodorize the home. We do not allow pets. If we discover that a pet has been staying in the home, an extra fee of $150 will be charged to cover any damages, waste pick up, and deodorizing. Registration number R24000118748
