Midtown Home: 2 Living Areas

Peaceful and centrally located in Midtown. The house is near downtown, hospitals, shopping, entertainment venues, War Memorial Stadium, the Zoo, Park Plaza Mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and more. You can get to North Little Rock, Maumelle, and Sherwood in about 10-15 min depending on traffic. The space The home has TWO living areas. Great for travel nurses, corporate rentals, families relocating or friends traveling together. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and is across the hall from the guest restroom. Bedroom#2 has Two twin beds and is across the hall from the Master bedroom. Bedroom#3 Master bedroom has one Queen bed with a full private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a night stand, lamp, ceiling fan, closet and chest of drawers for storage. Kitchen is fully stocked: plates, cups, mugs, silverware, cutlery, cookware, blender, crockpot, toaster, microwave, range w/double oven, coffee pot, etc. There’s a table with chairs and an umbrella on the rear patio. (Keep the umbrella and chairs in the storage closet when not in use to keep them clean .) Exterior lighting for sitting outdoors in the evenings. (There's a metal bucket with sand to accommodate smoking outside.) Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home and the backyard. Access Exception Do not use the cleaning supplies in the tall laundry cabinets. There's cleaning supplies in every bathroom and under the kitchen sink. The laundry closet is for the housekeeper's supplies. Also, the power cord to the internet is in the entryway. It's not to be tampered with or unplugged at any time. The large plug in the 1 st bedroom by the window is also not to be unplugged or tampered with. Other things to note NO ANIMALS NO EXCEPTIONS DO NOT ASK My family stays in this house between guest. We are all SEVERELY allergic to animal dander asked have asthma. Due to our heath and severe allergies to animal dander, we cannot host Guest with animals in any capacity. Please do not try to sneak an animal in. It’s disrespectful. Plus, there's exterior cameras on the house, and the neighbors will report it. NO SMOKING/NO VAPING There’s a table w/chairs in the back for outdoor smoking or vaping. Please dispose of cigarette or cigar butts in the metal pail outside. Don't leave butts on the ground or put them in the house trash cans. Be sure to close the patio door when smoking outside. NO CANDLES / NO INCENSE or any items requiring a flame are permitted inside. You're welcome to enjoy the yard outside. However, do not play music or any activities loudly at any time. No sunbathing in the front yard. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am. Basically, just be respectful. In this neighborhood you can pretty much hear a pin drop. The loudest noise in the area are my sons playing in the backyard.
