The Boho Bungalow - Private Room & Bath

Enjoy a quiet and restful stay at my Boho Bungalow in Los Osos. Los Osos is the perfect place to stay if you are driving Hwy 1 from San Francisco to Los Angeles. My home is only 3 blocks to the back bay where you can walk along the water and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Your room has a brand new Queen mattress and bedding with a private full bathroom across the hall. The space Layout of our home: The guest bedroom and bath are on the first floor, offering maximum privacy to you during your stay. The main living area, kitchen and master bedroom where we live is all upstairs. I love to meet our guests, but also respect your privacy and won’t disturb you if you choose to keep to yourself. The bedroom has a new queen mattress & linens, and the bathroom has essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels. You can use the kitchen for your snacks and drinks. There is space in the refrigerator for you to leave your food items, leftovers, and whatever else needs to be refrigerated. Tea and coffee for breakfast are included complimentary. No cooking in the kitchen, but you are welcome to use the microwave or toaster. Guest Access: Guests are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities in the room including free WiFi. You may relax on the back patio in a comfy chair with a refreshing drink. You also have access to the kitchen area and dining room. House Rules: Maximum of 2 guests. The house is NOT suitable for babies and toddlers.  No partying allowed. NO SMOKING, vaping or cartridges of any kind, inside or outside. No visitors during the day or night. No pets. No food or beverages in your rooms except for water. Check-in is from 4 pm to 10 pm. Check out is 10 am. Los Osos is the perfect central location to enjoy all that the Central Coast has to offer. Our home is only minutes from spectacular hiking, beaches, restaurants and surfing. Montana de Oro State Park is 1.5 miles, Sand Spit Beach is 2 miles, Morro Bay is 3.5 miles, Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo are 10 miles, Avila Beach 11 miles, and Pismo Beach is 17 miles. This region offers hiking, surfing, biking, paddle boarding, golf, wine tasting, horseback riding, Hearst Castle, elephant seals and sea otters. During your stay I work during the day, but am available by text.
