THE SPACE This spacious, updated waterfront home offers an open and comfortable setting for groups of up to eight guests. Sleeping Arrangements Primary bedroom: One queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom Second bedroom: One queen bed Third bedroom: Two twin beds Living area: Two couches The large living and entertainment room overlooks the canal and features comfortable seating, a bar area, a large-screen Smart TV, a pool table and shuffleboard—perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed to prepare family meals. Guests can dine indoors or spend time outside enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. Step into the backyard to enjoy the canal view, watch for local wildlife, fish from the dock or kayak along the waterways. Guests traveling with a boat or jet ski may use the private dock. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, waterfront backyard and boat dock. Self check-in is available through a smart lock. The large driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The property is located directly on a canal and has an open waterfront area and private dock. Children should be supervised at all times near the water. Wildlife sightings, including dolphins and other marine life, may occur but cannot be guaranteed. Please review all house rules before booking.
