Welcome to my home! Your upstairs retreat includes two spacious king bedrooms. Luxury mattresses and linens! This is not a budget stay! A private full bath is just steps away in the hall + privacy door at top of stairs. Enjoy a mini fridge with filtered water+coffee bar. Oh, and don’t forget to say hi to Chester and Cheddar, the friendly feline of the house. Meow! 🐾✨ We are 420 friendly! **2 bedrooms are for the same group (not rented individually) so bathroom is private. The space You will arrive at my front door, use a code to enter, remove your shoes and head upstairs to your private suite(s). 'Front room' has a Saatva king, desk, ceiling fan, lots of natural light, walk-in closet and fridge with filtered water. Second bedroom has a king Novilla bed, super dreamy and a smart TV. There is a door at the top of the stairs that can be closed for complete privacy. I do not come upstairs while having guests. Guest access Auto door lock. No need to keep up with a key. Parking in the cul-de-sac right in front of my home. I'm on a private street where there is also ample street space. During your stay I'm happy to recommend restaurants, things to do or cool towns close in proximity for a day get-a-way. I am social but also follow my guests comfort level. I'm super outgoing and my kitties are people cats :) Other things to note Lenovo Arena: 1.5 miles RDU: 7 miles Downtown Raleigh: 5 miles Chester and Cheddar are orange tabby’s that rule the house and every comfort is provided for them to live their best life! GingerHouse= 3 RedHeads live here! No cat smells due to my OCD cleaning habits :) Check-in begins at 3:00 but if you arrive at 420 there may be a fun 'vibe' ;)
