Cosy and romantic one bedroom country-style cottage on small row of cottages in a beautiful Kent village. The cottage has log burner and separate working space in the mezzanine accessed by sliding ladder. Traditional bathroom with a free standing roll-top bath and separate large shower. Back garden over looking the fields. Stumbling distance from both The Pig Hotel and the Bridge Arms. The space This is a small yet practical country cottage which has just been lovingly renovated. Open plan sitting room and kitchen as you enter, with small dining table and seating area. Stable doors in the kitchen open to the long garden with patio at the end over looking sheep fields. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, rolling ladder which takes you up to the mezzanine up to the library and desk area. There is a very good sized and luxurious bathroom with a separate roll top bath and large shower. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space will be cleared for your stay. Other things to note The garden is still a bit of a work in progress but I've recently replanted the beds so hopefully before long there will be a beautiful cottage garden! The patio at the end is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the fields. The cottage is small, and the beamed ceilings are fairly low. It's a row of small terraces, so you have neighbours either side, but it’s still very quiet and peaceful. There is a right of way path directly at the back door for neighbours to take bins round to the front. Very occasionally neighbours might walk past the back window and door. The home is not suitable for young children or babies. X1 dog per booking very welcome, but the cottage is small so please bear this in mind! Parking is pretty much always available on the street outside the cottage, or in the close. Alternatively on the village high street. All free and without restrictions.
