Private basement suite with separate entrance

In an upscale, quiet cultasac in cloverdale. You have the entire 1100 square foot suite with separate entrance and parking outside your door. Our place is fairly new and very clean and a walk out basement with just 2 steps down to it. We are a 5 min drive to downtown Cloverdale, the skating rink and casino. We are also a 10 min drive to the border, 25 min to the ferry terminal, 45 min to the airport and downtown vancouver. The space We are close to cloverdale athletic park and the Bose trails. Lots of great trail walking close by! Guest access You will have a large 1100 square foot suite that has all appliances including washer and dryer Other things to note There is no smoking in the unit and guests will be subject to a $200 fine for doing so. Guests may smoke outside but please dispose of your butts appropriately. Thank you
