Owner has a children's boutique on first floor and long term tenants occupy the other 4 apartments within the building. You will enter a common area that includes the laundry to access this entire private unit that includes a double bed, closet, and living room with free WIFI. The kitchen includes a small table and chairs, a refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. There is a shared laundry available upon request. You will receive a door code upon check-in.
