This apartment is centrally located to all Hartville has to offer and is right on the Buckeye Hiking Trail! We also offer extended stay discounts-perfect for students or clinicians visiting one of our local universities or hospitals! The space Enjoy this cozy suite located on the lower level (basement) of a cir. 1937 downtown building. Owner has a children's boutique on first floor and long term tenants occupy the other 4 apartments within the building. You will enter a common area that includes the laundry to access this entire private unit that includes a double bed, closet, and living room with free WIFI. The kitchen includes a small table and chairs, a refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. There is a shared laundry available upon request. You will receive a door code upon check-in. Code is changed with each guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the shared laundry area.
