Apex Guest Suite, 1126

Cozy 2 bedroom original ski cabin with upgrades, located at beautiful Apex Mountain Resort. We are set up to host a family of 4 (1 bathroom). Front bedroom is master - queen bed & single bed. Back bedroom is queen bed & double bed. We can host 4 people separately or 7 people sharing. No dishwasher. We are on municipal water (very cold & tasty) and on septic system. Cabin has a HE wash machine & dryer. Internet on site. No tv reception. Look for bear claw marks at front. The space Our unit is very clean and well maintained. Please respect our home and neighbours. Vacuum on site for clean up. No garbage outside as ravens, bears, dogs will find it and tear it apart. Please refrain from loud noises and activities after 10 pm. We have limited parking (1 vehicle preferably, can handle 2, sometimes 3 depending on snow). The backyard has a trail that goes to village. Also great for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing. No skidoos. Guest access Cabin is an original 20x24 cabin built in 1969-70 with an added solarium 7x20 up front. And added dining room 10x12 at back. Off of front master bedroom is a balcony with wicker love seat and table, chairs in summer - morning sun. Off of dining room is a side deck with teak chairs, small table, bbq - afternoon sun. Tenting is possible in back yard during summer. Other things to note Apex is a winter ski destination, and as such no amenities are open other than during that time. Spring, summer and fall, groceries, liquor, gas, restaurants are located in the valley. Penticton is the closest shopping.
