(See floor plan in photos) LOWER FLOOR (daylight basement): Your space • Private, quiet, nicely remodeled studio, 525 sf. • Sleeping area - Comfortable queen bed (additional air mattress upon request @ $20/night extra or sofa @ $0/night extra) • Sitting area - Sofa, easy chair, ottoman, table and chairs • Bath - Private, separate full bathroom with shower (can use tub on main floor) • Closet - Walk-in closet + other clothes storage • Amenities - Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker (and good coffee), laundry • Kid stuff - Play-n-pac, gobs of toys, costumes, books, games, art supplies (not limited to kids; knock yourself out!)
