Directly across the street from World Wide Sportsman and many restaurants , on the same street as Third Thursday Art Walks, Islamorada Seafood Festival, Baygrass Bluegrass, Baconfest and other festivals. Walk across the street to World Wide Sportsman Marina and pick from dozens of local guides to take you fishing or eco-tours. Islamorada is the sport fishing capital of the world, don't miss out on the big one! Downstairs is Florida Keys Brewing Co. brand new tasting room. You have the best of both worlds! Upstairs is quiet, private and relaxing. Downstairs there is always something fun going on. There are art classes, bingo, trivia, lawn games and of course plenty of delicious local BEER!! A calendar will be provided when you arrive. (Note: Upstairs is quiet! Cant hear a thing going on downstairs!) We are super family friendly and love the fur babies too! The upstairs rental is SUPER clean and we are constantly refreshing with new towels and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need for a full Thanksgiving dinner or there is a house phone for take out. The neighborhood is very safe, beautiful maintained yards and a small private beach 1 block from the rental. Great for watching those early morning sunrises. Guest access Our rental offers two balconies with rocking chairs on both. Complementary fast WIFI, Xfinity cable and all new appliances. Enjoy our beautiful backyard garden for picnics. Also, the garden is host to local art classes and live performance by local musicians. No need to stop at the visitor center we have all brochures in the rental with local recommendations. If you have your own boat. We do not have space to park your trailer and you can rent dock space across the street at World Wide Sportsman. I suggest making reservations with them. Other things to note Walk downstairs and enjoy the freshest craft beer in the Keys, also a huge selection of wine, ciders and meads. All new lush tropical landscaping as well. The tasting room will close at 10pm nightly and open at 12 noon but, on a holiday weekends might stay open a little later. We are super kid friendly and the upstairs is very private AND QUIET! The 10,000 sf garden in the back yard host many events. Music, Art Classes and Art Shows. Ask when you book your stay. There is always something fun going on in the garden. Everything is kid and pet friendly. Quiet time is 10pm
