Quiet, Allergen Free, Private Room in Queen City, minutes from uptown.. 7 minutes away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Newly built development, safe neighborhood. Driveway or street parking, Wifi, Washer and Dryer, Private Bathroom, access to living room, dining room, kitchen, and outside porch The space Quiet and clean space, in newly built subdivision. Close to the airport as well as restaurants, uptown and highways. Built in 2015, the house is modern. Includes stainless steel appliances, cozy, natural light, quiet, and clean. There are fresh linens and towels upon each guests arrival. There is a 55" television in the room, but no cable. There is however WIFI and the TV has steaming capabilities of Hulu, Starz, HBO, Netflix, etc as well as an Amazon. The kitchen is accessible, however the host requests that no meats or fish are fried.
