Nestled in the heart of Bellville, this charming farmhouse built in 1914 is the perfect setting for a family get-away, a girlfriends' retreat or a romantic weekend for two. The half-acre tree covered yard is a beautiful backdrop to begin or end your day. In the morning watch the hummingbirds from the back porch with a cup of coffee; in the evening gather around the fire-pit for s'mores and watch the stars come out. Brenham is 20 min away Round Top is 35 min and College Station is 60 minutes. The space This farmhouse boasts original long leaf pine floors, 9 foot ceilings, and bead board walls. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with luxury 100% Egyptian cotton high thread count bed linens on the Tempurpedic King and Posturepedic Queen beds. A porta-crib and mattress is available and room darkening shades in both rooms. There is a single shared bathroom which is small but efficient. The farmhouse kitchen is equipped with the basics for meal preparation including a coffee bar with a keurig, (however we do not have a dishwasher.) Enjoy gathering at the large farmhouse dining table for meals or one of the many games provided. Snuggle into the big comfy couch and leather recliner for a movie or football game. Smart TV available with access to Amazon Prime and Sling TV or sign into your personal streaming service of choice using the highspeed WiFi. We personally recommend trying an evening on the porch in a wicker chair and listening to the cicadas and our resident owl.
