Every detail has been thought out to make you feel welcome, at home, and comfortable - whether you're here to unplug, plug in, or explore. The space The property. We own a two-story duplex. We live on the first floor, and your Airbnb is on the second floor. The Airbnb has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, work space, dining area, and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Entering the Airbnb. When you arrive on the property, you will walk up the driveway. At the back of the house, you will see a door with a coded padlock. Upon booking, you will be provided with the entry code. When you enter the home, you will see a staircase to your right that leads up to the Airbnb. At the top of the staircase there is another door with coded padlock that leads into your private upstairs Airbnb unit. While this back entry is a shared entry for both our first floor residence and your upstairs Airbnb, your Airbnb unit is completely private and separate from our first floor residence. Kitchen. When you walk in, you'll see a full kitchen stocked with tools and cookware essentials that will please lovers of take-out and at-home chefs. Help yourself to the essentials we've provided. Enjoy coffee, tea, and cooking tools. The kitchen also has a spacious closet for coats, jackets, and shoes. Bathroom. You'll find a bathroom that leaves you wanting for nothing. Fully stocked with a line of vegan friendly, organic, and paraben + sulfate free products, you won't shed a tear if you forget a thing. The bathroom and hallway "essentials" closet comes stocked with some extra toilet paper, towels, a hairdryer, and often-forgotten extras, like a lint roller, first aid kit, toothpaste, contact solution, and disposable razors. Living Room. Kick your feet up in the room that is all about comfort and style. Enjoy plush pillows, cozy blankets, great lighting, and a collection of books that we've hand curated for you. Sign your name in our guest book and check out our welcome book, which includes personal recommendations to guide you through the city. Hoping for some suggestions about local events, the best brunch spots, and our favorite microbreweries? You're in luck. Work Space & Dining: The living room, work space, and dining room are open concept. The living room includes a full sized desk for travelers that need to plug in and work. The WiFi password is provided in the welcome book. Across from the living room, you'll find a bar-height dining table ready for playing games or eating a meal in. Bedroom. The best for last. Airy white linens, loads of pillows, and fuzzy blankets. What more could you want at the end of a long day? Put your favorite scent of essential oils in the oil diffuser and snuggle up with a good book and a cup of tea. For best results: close the curtains and get some truly good Zzzz's. Amenities. Here are the dirty details. Kitchen comes stocked with a water purifier (pre-installed under the sink), tea, coffee, snacks, and other essentials. Bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, cleanser, moisturizer, lotion, a hairdryer, and more. Bedroom has an empty closet with plenty of hangers, an iron, and ironing board. In the kitchen, there is another sizable closet for coats and shoes. Guest access You'll have access to the back entrance of the house, stairway to enter the Airbnb, and the entire Airbnb guest suite. Additionally, feel free to use the backyard and patio area.
