31 Foot RV Trailer that is fixed and stable and available to accommodate nightly stays. Only 2.3 miles from Cooper Steel Arena (formerly Calsonic Arena). On the south side of Shelbyville, away from the traffic, yet everything you need is nearby. This is an RV that is set in place at our residence. Full A/C, heat, water, and gas is provided for your stay. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway right next to the unit. The master bedroom has an RV queen bed, which means it is slightly shorter than a regular queen. I am 6’3” and I have no issues sleeping in the bed. The master bath is attached to the master bedroom and is accessible from the bedroom and the living area. The bunkhouse has 2 beds available. There is a twin bed as the elevated bunk and a double bed that unfolds on the floor. There is a door (not a curtain) separating the bunkhouse from the living area. The 1/2 bath is next to the bunkhouse and is accessible through the main living area. The kitchen is a full kitchen with RV amenities. The stove is a 3 burner gas model complete with an oven. Pots, pans, and utensils are provided. The refrigerator is an RV type and keeps food nice and cold. The entire unit is available to our guests. In addition, the side deck of the house is dedicated for the use of our guests. A small charcoal grill is available for use on the side deck upon request.. We strive to be accessible for our guests. We live in the residence and can usually be found there. We can also be reached by cell phone and Airbnb messaging. The neighborhood is in an established area. The streets are curvy and the trees are mature. Our area is good for taking walks and enjoying some time outdoors. For general transportation, it would be advisable for the guests to have their own vehicle. However, if flying in and depending on other means of transport, there is a taxi company in town that will take you from our location to most areas in town for only $5 each way. Uber/Lyft services are also available.
